2022 GRIEF CAMP
ROAD TRIP: GRIEF IS A JOURNEY
On July 28th, 2022 The Austin Hatcher Foundation and The Children's Hospital at Erlanger hosted Grief Camp!
It was such an amazing day! At Grief Camp children made memory boxes and buttons in art therapy, hung out with therapy dogs, drummed & danced in music therapy, and shared messages on the "Grief-itti" wall. They also had the opportunity to talk about loved ones who have passed and learn coping skills to deal with grief. They learned that everyone experiences grief differently and and that no one is alone on that journey.
Thank you to The Children's Hospital at Erlanger and to every volunteer, instructor, and guest who made Grief Camp such a success.
